I found this photo yesterday in my office. It shows a building at 212 Catherine Street, owned by Adam Petrelli Jr. The space was rented by Edwin Mitchell. The original property was owned by William J. and Mary Averell (prior to 1896)and was conveyed to George G. Ramsey. Eventually Adam J. Petrelli and his wife Regina purchased the property in 1946. The building was demolished in 1972 during Urban Renewal.
